Therefore, we offer you the possibility to return your order for free within 14 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

1. Completeness of the Order: The returned product must include all original parts and components, and must be returned in the original packaging. The packaging and the product itself must be in the same condition as upon receipt.
2. Condition of the Product: The product may only show signs of normal use. Returns of products that show damage or breakage due to careless or improper use will not be accepted.
3. Processing of the Refund: Once we have received and reviewed your return, we will process the refund within 2 working days, provided all conditions are met. During this period, the return will be officially acknowledged and you will receive confirmation.
