Question: The expected delivery time has passed, where is my order?

Answer: In 99% of the cases the orders are delivered within the
expected delivery time. Unfortunately it can sometimes happen that an
order is delayed in the delivery process. Have you not received anything 3 days after the expected delivery time? Then please contact us at info@imperial-ensemble.com

Question: I am missing some products with my order, how is that possible?

Answer: It is possible that products are shipped separately. If there are items missing from your order you will usually receive them after 2-3 days. We apologize for the inconvenience.

PART 3: EXCHANGING AND RETURNING

Question: I am not satisfied with my order, can I return it?

Answer: You can return your products hassle-free and at no cost within 30 days. We want you to shop with confidence!. Please contact us for more information.


Question: I want to return an item, what should I do?

Answer: If you are not satisfied with your order you can exchange or return it within 14 days after receipt. Products should be returned in their original condition. A return shipment should always include Track & Trace code.

Answer: On this page 'TRACK MY ORDER' you can enter your e-mail address and order number to track your package.


Question: The Track and Trace code does not show any information, how is this possible?

Answer: From the moment your package has arrived at the mail order
company the Track and Trace information is available. Keep in mind that there
some delay may occur.
