Order and delivery
Once you have found the desired item on our webshop, select the size and/or color (if this is an option) and click on "Add to cart". You can now return and continue shopping in our webshop at any time, if, for example, you want to add another item (click on the "shopping bag" icon in the upper right corner). Please note, adding something to your shopping cart does not mean that the item is immediately reserved.
Once you are done shopping, it is time to complete your order. Click on the "shopping cart" icon at the top right to go to your shopping bag with your added items. On the next screen you arrive at, you may wish to adjust the quantities of your item(s). Then go to "Proceed to Checkout." This will take you to the checkout page. Here you can easily enter all your information to complete the order. If you want to change or cancel the order after you have placed it, you can do so up to 24 hours after you have placed the order. After that, this is not possible because the order will already be in the processing.
1. WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
www.imperial-esemble.com takes care of the shipping costs. So you do not have to pay shipping costs when you order a product from us.*
* The shipping costs for returning your article are for your own account.
2. CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?
Yes, we ship all your items with Track & Trace. You can track your order through the order status page, the link of which you will receive via email as soon as your order is shipped.
It can sometimes take a while before the Track & Trace status is available.
3. WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?
www.imperial-esemble.com strives to deliver products quickly. If you place an order before 3 p.m. on weekdays, we try to process your order the same day. We ship many of our products directly from our suppliers. Therefore, the average delivery time is 3-8 business days.
4. INCORRECT ADDRESS
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is correct. We do our best to expedite processing and shipping, so there is always room to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible if you believe you have provided a traffic shipping address.
5. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Does your Track & Trace indicate that your package was delivered to your address, but you did not receive it? If so, please report this to us. 14 days after the indicated delivery date, the company that handled the delivery of your package will investigate. We will keep you informed until the investigation is complete.
